    COACHING MOVEMENT

    This course will teach you our FIVES model for understanding, assessing, and prescribing movement training.

    We break down movement training into 8 categories covering 24 different methods that each address mobility, stability, strength, technique, tension, and pain.

    Our strength course will help you create comprehensive systems for evaluating clients across all sports, ages, and training backgrounds.

    We dive into 26 different strength methods and detail every step from determining priorities, creating training templates, designing a training session, creating progression, dynamic periodization, and communication.

    • Energy system assessment

    • Monostructural interval training
